Terms of Service

Studio Agent ("the Service") is an AI-powered product photography platform that transforms plain product photos into professional, studio-quality images. The Service includes features such as AI image generation, 1-Click Campaign Suites, surgical retouching, typography overlays, badge templates, background replacement, and 4K enhancement.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when the AI renders a new image. The specific credit costs for each action are documented on our Pricing page and in our Documentation.

Free Plan: 25 one-time credits are provided at no cost, with no credit card required. All creative tools are unlocked.

Paid Plans: Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your plan is active.

Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: Credits consumed for AI generation are non-refundable, as the computing costs are incurred at the time of generation.

Your Images: You retain all rights to the product photos you upload. All AI-generated images created through the Service are yours with full commercial usage rights on every plan, including Free.

You may use generated images on storefronts, marketplace listings, advertisements, print materials, and any other commercial purpose without attribution to Studio Agent.

Our Service: The Studio Agent platform, including its design, code, AI models, trademarks, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Studio Agent.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate images that are illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringe on others' rights
• Upload images you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided interface
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service itself
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
