1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optional business name and profile photo.
Product Images: When you upload product photos for AI processing, we temporarily store the uploaded images and the AI-generated results. Uploaded images are used solely to generate your requested output.
Payment Information: Billing and payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status for account management purposes.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the service, including generation counts, credit usage, and feature interactions, to improve the product and provide support.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Studio Agent service
- To process your uploaded images and generate AI-powered product photography
- To manage your account, subscriptions, and credit balance
- To process payments through our payment provider (Stripe)
- To send you service-related communications (account updates, billing receipts)
- To improve our AI models and product quality
- To respond to your support requests and inquiries
3. Image Storage & Retention
Generated images are stored so you can access them from your "My Work" and "Saved" tabs. You can delete individual generations at any time. If you delete your account, all associated images and data are permanently removed.
Uploaded source images are temporarily processed for AI generation and are not retained beyond the generation session unless saved as part of a generation result.
4. Your Rights
- Access & Export: You can view and download all your generated images at any time
- Deletion: You can delete individual images or your entire account and all associated data
- Update: You can update your profile information from your Profile tab
- Portability: You can export your images in multiple formats (PNG, JPEG, WebP)
