Questions about billing
Are all the creative tools really on every plan?
Yes. Campaign suites, style transfer, region retouching, the Typography Studio, badges, 4K enhance, unlimited Brand Kits and every export preset are unlocked on all plans — including Free. Plans differ only in how many credits you get each month. We don't think you should have to upgrade to find out whether a tool is useful to you.
What exactly counts as a credit?
One credit is one new image the AI renders. A single studio shot is 1 credit and a 1-Click Campaign Suite is 4, because it renders four separate shots. A 4K enhance or upscale is 2 credits since 4K genuinely costs more to generate. Magic Enhance prompt rewrites and background cutouts are free. Re-editing overlays, exporting, resizing and re-downloading anything you already generated never costs credits.
How many products can I actually shoot per month?
Most sellers run one campaign suite per product, which is 4 credits — roughly 30 products a month on Starter and 125 on Professional. If you prefer a single hero image per product, your allowance goes about four times further, so Starter covers around 120 products.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Add a top-up pack at any time on a paid plan and keep working — top-up credits stack on your monthly allowance and never expire while your plan is active. Top-ups are priced a little above your plan rate, so if you're topping up most months, moving to Professional will cost you less per credit.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits are different — those stay in your balance until you use them.
Can I change or cancel my plan mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current cycle, so you keep everything you've paid for. No cancellation fees, and your generated images and Brand Kits stay yours.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — 25 one-time credits, about six full campaign suites, with no credit card required and every tool unlocked. Downloads are watermark-free so you can put the results straight onto a live listing.
Do I own the images I generate?
Yes. Every image comes with a full commercial usage licence on every plan, including Free — use them on your storefront, marketplace listings, ads and print collateral without attribution.
